Anything holding you back from love, being kind, healthy and just making your ass plain weak is the devil and that's anything you created in your mind to accept that shit you said you deserved in the first place. Love is the only true thing that is real. The only thing separating ourselves from attaining to its highest vibrational force is all the bullshit we keep conforming to and selling our souls for. You are the Devil and you are God. Make a choice to which side you stand for. They both live in you. Everything you do, say and believe is creating everything right in front of your eyes. If you don't like something, change that shit now. It all starts and ends with you!! My experience, the search for understanding is now manifested into my own reality and purpose from here on out. Why do I say these things because I care deeply and the heart I also created is too damn big for just me and my family and friends. I want the whole world to feel it pumping all the love I am creatin...

Beginning right now in this moment begin living your life in such a way that you will never go to your death bed and say this , “I wish I spent more time with my friends and family, enjoying life, worrying less, and smiling more.” Nobody ever says “I wish I had more things and money and spent more time working and worrying.” So, now that you know the true secret to happiness and fulfillment, begin living that truth now.  

You Can’t Please Everyone It’s impossible to live up to everyone’s expectations. There will always be people — no matter what we say or how we treat them — that will judge us. Whether you’re at the gym, at work, taking the train, or even online playing Call of Duty. Even now it‘s happening.  You will never be able to stop people from judging you, but you can stop it from affecting you.  Think about the worst thing that could possibly happen when someone is judging you or what you’re doing. I guarantee that chances are —  nothing will happen. Absolutely nothing. No one is going to go out of their busy lives to confront us, or even react for that matter. Because as I mentioned before,  no one actually cares. What will happen, is that these people will actually respect you for claiming your ground. They may disagree with you, but they’ll respect you. Start standing up for what you believe in — causes, opinions,  anything . You’re going to have people that disagree with ...

You either choose to be happy or you don't. It's really that simple. I am the first to tell you I am guilty as fuck for making it harder than this needs to be. I am in my own head and ALL that made me realize is that I lived in the past everyday. No more though because I choose to be happy to look around me and know that I am loved and surround myself with it because I chose to and I am happy to be here because I choose to and I am grateful for being able to wake up and have the opportunity to live another great happy day because I choose to. No one is in control of you other than your damn self. If there is something not making you happy, you chose that and you can now freely choose the opposite. Do it now and do it for good. Live to be happy and never to be bitter. It's up to YOU!!! Love and light to you all.. 

Saw this and wanted to share with you all. No need to explain each one. Just take this list into your mind and sink it deep into your heart and remember this as you go through each day of living. Just remember to wake up and say thank you for another day. I don't give a shit what you may be going through. At least you know if your heart is still beating, there is a grand purpose you came to fulfill. Do not forget that and let that be the thought that guides you out of whatever issue you are currently dealing with and don't forget you are loved by someone and something out here guiding you that will make it right again. Trust that!  I am living proof and one day you will hear my story and how I came to be Lolo Knows.

I have so much to be grateful for,  but the one thing I find myself most thankful for, is my health. Just got back from the doctors office and so far so good. God knows that I am happy to be alive and able to be one of the fortunate ones that have an opportunity to live this existence and live out a purpose I am meant to do. I pray so much for those that are ailing in some way. They are living their purpose too. They teach us how to love and how strong we become even after they pass on. They also teach us the value of being alive and having a chance to live a happy existence. Never forget anyone that has touched your life in this way. They would be pissed at you if you forget exactly what I just told you. Be grateful!! Health is wealth folks..

All I have to say is written here!  Please pay attention to it and stop with the things that are intentionally creating conflicts in our lives. All lives matter. You all should do everything to avoid the hate and conflict that spreads like an airborne virus throughout our present day. Pay attention to yourselves. Pray for the ones that don't get it and in hopes that they do. Love and light and God bless you all!!
