Anything holding you back from love, being kind, healthy and just making your ass plain weak is the devil and that's anything you created in your mind to accept that shit you said you deserved in the first place. Love is the only true thing that is real. The only thing separating ourselves from attaining to its highest vibrational force is all the bullshit we keep conforming to and selling our souls for. You are the Devil and you are God. Make a choice to which side you stand for. They both live in you. Everything you do, say and believe is creating everything right in front of your eyes. If you don't like something, change that shit now. It all starts and ends with you!! My experience, the search for understanding is now manifested into my own reality and purpose from here on out. Why do I say these things because I care deeply and the heart I also created is too damn big for just me and my family and friends. I want the whole world to feel it pumping all the love I am creatin...

Beginning right now in this moment begin living your life in such a way that you will never go to your death bed and say this , “I wish I spent more time with my friends and family, enjoying life, worrying less, and smiling more.” Nobody ever says “I wish I had more things and money and spent more time working and worrying.” So, now that you know the true secret to happiness and fulfillment, begin living that truth now.  

Saw this and wanted to share with you all. No need to explain each one. Just take this list into your mind and sink it deep into your heart and remember this as you go through each day of living. Just remember to wake up and say thank you for another day. I don't give a shit what you may be going through. At least you know if your heart is still beating, there is a grand purpose you came to fulfill. Do not forget that and let that be the thought that guides you out of whatever issue you are currently dealing with and don't forget you are loved by someone and something out here guiding you that will make it right again. Trust that!  I am living proof and one day you will hear my story and how I came to be Lolo Knows.

Arabella is a painter and co-founder of the indie label Elephant Stone Records. Her loose narrative themes revolve around a fascination with punk rock, aristocracy, Renaissance portraiture, aging socialites, gothic divas, and medical history. She attended Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA before receiving her BFA from California Institute of the Arts. She has participated in solo and group exhibitions throughout North America, as well as Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. Born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, she has taken up residence in Laguna Beach, Los Angeles, and Boston. She and her husband, writer Ben Vendetta, live on the shores of Lake Erie in Cleveland, Ohio. Her book  The National Portrait Gallery of Kessa: The Art of Arabella Proffer  was published in 2011 by Cooperative Press and she has appeared in The Wall Street Journal ,  The LA Times ,  The Plain Dealer ,  Cleveland Scene ,  Hi Fructose Magazine ,  Juxtapoz Magazine...

It feels so good to start off the new year in a giving spirit. Proceeds will be donated to a local woman's shelter. This cause is near and dear to my heart due to the fact I was raised in an abusive home and found myself once in a shelter with my mom and sisters. This is setting the tone for the rest of my year.
